আদালত অবমাননার শামিল অর্থমন্ত্রী আবুল মাল আব্দুল মুহিতের বক্তব্য

রাজধানীর নয়া পল্টনের বিএনপির কার্যালয়ে এক সংবাদ সম্মেলনে ,বিএনপির যুগ্ম-মহাসচিব রুহুল কবির রিজভী বলেন-ষোড়শ সংষোধনীর রায় নিয়ে অর্থমন্ত্রী আবুল মাল আব্দুল মুহিতের  বক্তব্য আদালত অবমাননার শামিল।
রিজভী এসময় এক লিখিত বক্তব্যে বলেন,অর্থমন্ত্রী সরকারের একজন গুরুত্ব পূর্ন মন্ত্রী।অতেব তার বক্তব্য সরকারের বক্তব্য একই।
তাই সুস্পষ্টভাবে বলা যায় ,আদালতের রায় নিয়ে মন্ত্রীর এমন বক্তব্য অবমাননার শামিল এবং আইনের প্রতি চরম অবমাননা।
রিজভী তখন আরো বলেন-বিএনপির সদস্য সংগ্রহের সময় বিভিন্ন হয়রানি মূ্লক কাজ করছে বিএনপির নেতা কর্মীদের উপর।

BNP joint secretary-general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said at a press conference in the BNP's Naya Paltan office, Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith's statement on the verdict of the Sixteenth Amendment was contempt of court.
Rizvi said in a written speech at the time that the finance minister is an important minister of the government. So he said the government's statement is the same.
So, obviously, the minister's statement about the court verdict is contemptuous and the extreme humiliation of the law.
Rizvi also said that during the procurement of BNP members various leaders of the party are working on the harassment.
