জাতীয় নির্বাচনে সেনা মোয়ায়নে সমর্থন বিএনপির, আপত্তি আওয়ামীলীগের

সুষ্ট নির্বাচনের জন্য সেনা মোতায়ন করতে হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন বিএনপি,

সুষ্ট ও নিরোপেক্ষ ভাবে নির্বাচনের জন্য সেনা মোতায়নের বিকল্প কোন পথা নেই।সুষ্ঠু নির্বাচনের স্বার্থে ভোটের সময় সেনাবাহিনী মোতায়েন করাসহ সুশীল সমাজের প্রতিনিধিদের দেওয়া প্রস্তাবগুলোর সঙ্গে বেশির ভাগ রাজনৈতিক দলই একমত।তবে সেনা মোতায়নে আপত্তি জানিয়েছেন আওয়ামীলীগ।

তারা জানিয়েছেন,বর্তমানে দেশে নির্বাচনের জন্য সেনে মোতায়নের কোন প্রয়োজন নেই।নির্বাচন কমিশন কে জনগনের আস্থার সংকট কাটানোর দিকে নজর দিতে বলেছে বর্তমান সরকারের জাতীয়পার্টি।বাংলাদেশের প্রায় সব দলই নির্বাচনের সময় সেনা মোতায়নে সমর্থন করেছে কিন্তু আওয়ামীলীগ এতে আপত্তি কছে বলে জানা যায়। 

BNP has said that the army will be deployed for a fair election.

There is no substitute for army deployment for elections in a fair and inclusive manner. Most political parties agree with the proposals offered by civil society representatives, while deploying the army at the time of voting for the sake of the right election. But Awami League has objected to the deployment of the army.

They said that there is no need to be deployed for the elections in the country. Election Commission has asked the Election Commission to look into the crisis of public confidence. All the parties in Bangladesh have supported the deployment of the army during the elections, but Awami League has been objecting to it.
